The presentation of one of the 18 stages of the Marcellianum—the Western Lucania Trail—was held today at the Ex Cappuccini Convent in Montesano sulla Marcellana (SA). This trail unites ancient hill and mountain routes, consisting of 18 circular itineraries located in the various towns and hamlets of the Vallo di Diano.
The trail offers evocative views of the Vallo di Diano and allows visitors to explore the ecclesiastical cultural heritage spread throughout the area, beginning with the early Christian Baptistery of San Giovanni in Fonte.
